In June I sat down with Patrick McCarthy, VP of Google Workspace, for the Transformation Architects series. Google graciously edited our longer conversation down to 10 minutes. The cold open is the habit I push hardest at Logitech: before you bring me the question, have you asked AI first?
“Artificial” is the wrong word for what good AI work feels like. The more context you give the system, the less artificial the result. The A works better as augmented, artisanal, and aligned.
